Their biggest asset is that they’ve worked in the tech recruitment sector for years and know the difference between Java and HTML. More importantly, they know what skills a candidate needs to fit the brief perfectly. They pride themselves on high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business from existing customers.
When we were contacted, the client had a website in development, but the issue that they had faced is that the supplier had let them down. Not only that, but the design was not as the client had envisaged. Most importantly the client was without a website for an extended period. They wanted a top quality solution that was rapid to deploy and reflected the companies specialty.
From desktop to phone, Gibson Jones' website is seamlessly responsive - with no loss of content no matter what device you view the site on.
We met with Scott Gibson who very clearly laid out his brief, the styles that he liked and also provided the copy text. We organised a short photo-shoot at the offices of Gibson Jones to humanise the talent acquisition process. We were given freedom to create a design that looked hi-tech and delivered form and function with the opportunity to add in more job functionality by tying it in with an external CRM system.
Gibson Jones needed a powerful CMS to handle the regular job listings. Our solution was a heavily customised WordPress dashboard, making it easy to navigate and ultimately simple for the whole team to add in content.
The Gibson Jones site was designed, developed and set live within 3 weeks - which was an amazing feat. Showing that when a perfect combination falls into place, a lot can be achieved! Needless to say - the client was overjoyed.
